Today's Devotion 26 August 2017

Trust

Place your trust in God in the midst of a messy/crazy day. When you place your trust in God, you will not be shaken by the world around you. Find your peace in God's awesome Presence. When you begin to feel stressed, worried, or scared, detach yourself from all those disturbances around you and place your trust in God. Do not strive desperately to maintain control, instead seek out God and His loving embrace. Nothing can touch His peace. Seek His Face and do not let your heart be troubled for God's love is unconditional and everlasting. Know that God loves His children so place your trust in the Father's love.

"Look to the Lord and His strength seek His face always." -Psalm 105:4

"Peace I leave with you; My peace I give to you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid." -John 14:27
